Elgar Heating and Plumbing replaced my old gas boiler a little while ago and, having used it over the winter, have to say that it is fantastic. Elgar P&H recommended a system which would meet the needs of the property yet offer improved efficiency and a warmer home and it does all of that. The installation is superbly neat and tidy and their engineers did a great job minimising mess and clearing up once the work was complete. A helpful and friendly service too. I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend them.

Eddie and his team made an absolutely superb job of our bathroom renovation. A previous plumber had let us down and we really needed it done during a half term break. Eddie was super efficient and made this happen within a very short amount of time, which we really appreciated. All of the work was carried out to a high standard and Eddie kept us updated throughout. Any queries we had during the process were answered promptly and professionally. As you can see from the before and after pictures the team updated our very dated bathroom to a much more modern one! Thanks so much to everyone who completed this renovation within the time frame. We underwent a full bathroom renovation in late 2025 with Elgar Heating & Plumbing. The project was managed by Eddie throughout who was approachable and easy to contact, giving regular updates on timescales and next steps etc. All tradesmen were polite and friendly. When any issues arose, which were few, they were dealt with professionally and promptly. We are thrilled with our bathroom and would have Eddie & his team back for work in the future. Eddie and the team installed a new shower and flooring into our bathroom. All the guys were friendly and helpful. The work was completed in the estimated time and we are happy with our new bathroom. I needed urgent assistance for a boiler issue and Elgar Services responded quickly and reassuringly. They were realistic about timescales, giving me the opportunity to look elsewhere, but I decided to book the appointment. I was glad I did. Eddie arrived early, diagnosed the problem quickly and helped me with what needed to be done with Worcester Bosch.

Eddie & his team did a total bathroom renovation for us & did an amazing job! Very efficient, friendly team of tradesmen who kept us updated each day as to what was being done & tidied up as much as possible at the end of each day! Really positive experience from Eddie and Elgar Services converting our heating system and installing a new hot water cylinder. At the quoting stage Eddie suggested an alternative to what we’d asked him for that would get the outcome we wanted more cheaply - despite that being lower value work for him. Super honest and not something I think you can rely on from other trades. Great communication from Debbie prior to the work starting, then solid work on the day from Eddie and Rob. Rob’s pipework in our airing cupboard was super neat, clear pride taken in the work, right down to the lagging. Would recommend Eddie in a heartbeat; friendly, reliable and trustworthy.

From the very first discussions about converting the bathroom into a wet room, Eddie was attentive and understanding of the requirements, and on hand with practical suggestions, which could only come from his extensive experience in the industry.
