We installed a new boiler 3 years ago for a customer in the centre of Worcester (WR1). When we installed their Glow Worm, we informed them about the advantages of getting a regular boiler service – it can make their boiler last much longer and saves money on future repairs.
The couple gave us a call last wee to book in a boiler service and we ended up hending round on Thursday. The boiler was looking as good as it did straight after the installation. We did the standard checks we make during a service. On the initial visual inspection, the boiler was looking great. There were no signs of leaks or wear and tear. When we removed the casing, however, there was some build up around the spark probe that would be slowing down the flow of the boiler. Our team cleaned this up straight away. Removing the build-up took hardly any time because it was caught early on. The whole process took about an hour and gave them peace of mind, knowing that they had a fully functioning boiler. James and Sue have already booked us in for another service this time next year, which is always a nice indicator that we must be keeping our customers happy.
